They sorted out a broken screen on an HP Envy laptop the same day and also seemed to be the only shop in Stockport that had a replacement power cable and adapter in stock when I had lost mine on holiday (including a couple of big national stores who appear not to keep any parts in stock for the popular lines of computers they sell). When you need your computer for work, you need it fixed pronto. That's what they did both times. Happy customer.
