  Friendly helpful staff. Called back when said they would.
  
  Gave a good price on my part ex - made it worth the 60 mile journey to Stockport.
  
  Unfortunately the new car developed a fault in 24 hours, but the Robins and Day staff at Stockport made rapid arrangements for repair at local branch, including courteousy car - all covered by warranty, so 10/10 for service.
  
  Would I use again? On balance, yes.
  
  There is always an element of risk in buying any car - especially 2nd hand; the big question is, if problems arise, how are they dealt with.
  
  Robins and Day certainly got the issue sorted out and the vehicle has been ideal since.
